Picturesque Godshill village is a two minute drive or ten minute walk away. Visitors can sample award winning cream teas in the thatched tea rooms, or buy gifts and souvenirs in the quaint shops. There are also two local pubs for family meals out or an excellent restaurant serving local produce for more special occasions.

Just over three miles away is Shanklin the nearest safe and sandy beach. However, as Godshill is situated in the middle of the Island nowhere is more than a 25 minute drive away making it an ideal base from which to enjoy all the Island has to offer.
